The WA12 is a microphone preamplifier with a high-voltage circuit that is completely discrete and equipped with two transformers. It offers a high gain level (+71 dB), a large power reserve, a low noise level, and excellent sound performance, making it suitable for all recording applications.

– Input impedance switchable between 600 and 150 ohms (Tone button) to change the sound of the microphone and instrument inputs
– Fully discrete circuit

– Mic input on XLR and balanced jack
– Doubled output on XLR and balanced jacks
– High impedance instrument input (2 Mohms) on the front panel. The instrument signal passes through the entire circuit, including the two CineMag transformers and the discrete operational amplifier. This input is ideal for guitar, bass, keyboards, and more.
– Output level attenuation control (after the transformer), so you can saturate the preamp and transformer.
– 20dB Pad Pad control (Pad button)
– External mains transformer to lower the noise level
