Technology

Due to the variable nature of the preamp, you decide the colour of your recording from clean-tender to vintage-bold.

Opto Compressor

An LED emits light resistance and thus regulates the amplification according to the level. The automatic control of the compressor timing is also supported by the resistor memory. This makes the compression airy and smooth and keeps the level stable, but does not change the micro dynamics of the signal.
Vari-Tube compressor

Here the amplification is directly influenced by a control tube. The control is done directly by the opto-electric compressor. The result is a sound that will find its place even in a dense mix with a sinister presence and will not lose its warmth.
