EL34-driven and offering multi-power options for any kinf of situations (0,5/1,5/7/42-watts), the VICTORY AMPS Peter ‘Danish Pete’ Honoré DP40 The Duchess single channel electric guitar amp head is a customized version of the original Dutchess, following Victory’s lightweight Compact Series design.
Offering responsive clean and crunch sounds, the DP40 is the perfect model for plug-in-and-play guitarists that prefer vintage amps simplicity.

Crank the volume control beyond halfway, and you’ll find fantastic overdrive sounds for bluesy leads.
If you want to obtain crystal-clean tones, turn the volume down and raise the master volume knob to get more output from the power amp stage without break-up.

With a special voicing switch on front panel, you can modify the overall response and feel of the DP40. One generates warm ’60s-style American character, while the other is more British-style.
There’s also a ‘Mid Kick’ circuit that delivers punchy mids.

The DP40 is a tremendous pedal platform. Set up your ideal base tone via on the amp and change colours and atmospheres with your compact effects.
The DP40 features an effects loop that enables optimum operation for time-based delay and reverb pedals.

Studio-Quality Reverb
DP40 has a built-in studio-quality reverb, slightly different from the V40’s reverb, with a longer decay and some extra brightness.

DP40 power valves are switchable to 6L6.
